I was looking to buy an apartment in West Auckland and was originally told by a broker from another company that "with a single income, it just isn't possible". I knew I could afford the mortgage though, so I asked around and was recommended Loan Market. Not only did Tracey meet with me in person and take the time to learn my financials in detail, she explained to me how banks assess affordability and gave me recommendations on how to look better on paper. After we agreed on details, she did her thing and I'm now pre-approved with my bank and ready for settlement! Clearly, it *was* possible :)

We are blown away by Tracy's resolve to get us the house we wanted in Auckland! When looking for a long term home you don't want to settle on a place that doesn't excite you. We found the one that we knew had everything we wished for and wanted to make it our first home. The bank was ready to go ahead with the approval of the loan and we had high hopes. Then the bank suddenly backed out. We were dead set on giving up and looking at lesser options. Except Tracey didn't give up. She kept working with the banks on our behalf to find one willing to give us our first chance and in the end she made it happen! Tracey was fantastic the whole way through. She treated us like we were her sole focus. Communication was a breeze and we didn't have to wait for replies. She was available to us when we needed her and friendly every time. She gave us loan payment advice for our future benefit. Thank you for fighting in our corner. You were the first person to give us a chance at having our own home and we are very grateful!
