Highly recommend Kamal and his team for any loan requirements. Used them in September 2020 for a car loan which was secured at a very competitive interest rate. Kamal and the team at Logic Finance were amazing. When the banks said "No" Kamal said "yes" we can do this. He was very organized, professional and kept us in the loop all the way. Would like to thanks Logic Finance and especially KamalJi..an absolute gem of a person. Where all other mortgage players couldn't crack the deal either on time or what we wanted KamalJi did it with an absolute professionalism and in no time. First Home Buyer - Today 18-March-2022 we are moving to our first home in New Zealand(Auckland). It would have not been possible without our Mortage Advisor Kamal. From day 1 up to today Kamal was available for us - no matter what time of the day it was. Not even once he missed my call - he was always available to answer all my queries. Being a first home buyer we didn’t know anything about the process however Kamal was like a Teacher to us, very calmly he spent hours on the phone with us to educate us about all the required documents before filling the application to Bank. Approval Process - within 4 working days my home loan was approved - wows that was just unbelievable specially with CCCFA into effect. Responsiveness - on different occasions our lawyer/bank requested for different documents and within few minutes those documents were sorted by Kamal. We were referred to Guru by one of the real Estate agent. We had not been able to buy any property due to the fact that our pre-approval from other banks was way too low. After talking to Guru over the phone I saw a light at the end of the tunnel and we were able to purchase our dream home. Guru and his team are very professional and sincere when dealing with the clients and their needs. I would say please do not blindly trust anyone with your loan and mortgages. Kamal and Guru from Logic finance are the best! They managed to help me get my loan approve for my dream house. I went to a few other brokers before, one said they can not do it, one tried to do it and it got declined. I was about to give up then I was introduced to Kamal and Guru. I initially had a plan to get a house mid next year since I believed that I needed a lot more deposit than what I went for this home loan. It has been a absolute pleasure dealing with Kamal from Logic Finance. He is passionate, knowledgeable and professional when it comes to home loans and banking. Just wanted to say a big thanks to Kamal and his team (Guru) for getting my home loan approved and moved to a new bank. I went to 2 different brokers before coming to Kamal. Kamal was the only person that went the extra mile. Kamal and Guru worked day and night to get my loan approved. He was very friendly and professional. All the other brokers told me that they will not be able to help as my loans was too difficult. I also went direct to 3 different bank (ASB, ANZ & BNZ) and all 3 bank has declined my loans were unable to help me. I also had a friend that worked for Westpac and even she was unable to get my loan approved. I spoke with Kamal and explained to him what I am wanting to achieve. My case was very difficult as I had 3 home loans with ASB, 3 credit card (with different banks), and 2 car loans (with 2 different lenders). I was paying a high interest rates on my home loans, paying over 15% on my credit card over 18% on my car loans. I was wanting to restructure all my home loans and consolidate all my debt so can manage my money better. Kamal was not just able to get my the best interest rates from the bank (Westpac) but also restructure all my home loan and consolidate all my debt, that I am now able to save 3 times more then want I was before. And also was able to get me a very generous cash back offer. Kamal and team have done an outstanding job. They are like my family now.
