Worked with Kat, a wonderful support team member. She helped me preparing data for a session with Jeremy. I could not prepare it by myself because there was technical issue. Overall, Mortgage HQ works in efficient and professional way, and they give valuable advice.

As first home buyers, we had feelings of anxieties of the whole buying experience and did not know what to expect with dealing a mortgage broker. However, Daniel Lipman was a god send and took our anxieties away and walked us through the whole process with ease. He answered anything we didn’t understand and he helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured. As we were buying in an extremely busy property market, we experienced a slight delay with the bank to finalise our finances, however even with this small hiccup, Daniel kept us updated and reassured us that everything would be settled on time. Overall, Daniel and the rest of the team are great - the best in the business. They even have masterclasses for those who want to be future property investors which is a massive plus.
