It has been such a pleasure working with Mike. From day one he was so professional, easy to communicate and answering all my questions and always responsive and available to talk even when I was overseas and needed changes in my cover. I never knew a claim could be so easy and hassle free as when I fractured my ankle Mike handled everything with such ease and got my claim approved and what a bonus it was when he got me funds that I didn't even know I was entitled to. You couldn't ask for a better agent. You are a gem Mike. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to any one hats off. Thank you once again. ☺️

My husband and I have had our health/life insurances with Mike and his team for at least 5 years now. We have been so appreciative of how easy it is to deal with Mike, he is so responsive and professional and he really goes in to bat for us if/when we have needed to claim. He always answers any questions we have and makes the process easy and accessible. Recently we have had to make a claim for a private colonoscopy and we are SO grateful we had this insurance in place because the wait via the public system was huge. Well worth it.
