I was referred to Team Ryan by me mate Steve's who had a great experience getting into his first home. Ryan was instrumental in helping us get approval for our first home during a tricky time in 2020 due to lockdowns, crazy house prices, crazy demand, being self employed in the tourism industry and with banks struggling to keep up with demand. Ryan showed tremendous patience throughout the 6 months of us trying to get on the property ladder. Just before Christmas once we finally secured a property, team Ryan had everything in place and secured a sweet mortgage setup quickly and stress free. These guys are the hard working pro's that have your best interests in mind. I would recommend to anyone as we wouldn't have been able to become first time home owners without their skill.

I have so many good things to say about this amazing team. Cannot speak highly enough of the service Ryan and his team have provided. Refinancing my investment loan from overseas, Ryan is a wealth of knowledge and had everything tied up, ready for settlement within 4 week from start to finish. Ryan put me in touch with a Registered Valuer and solicitors who in-tern provided the same level of exceptional service - great to know that Ryan partners with people of the same calibre. Eventhough I have been in the finance industry (AND know you should go to a Broker), I had initially gone directly to the bank (mainly for quick simplicity), and after 4 weeks of numerous emails with 2 people, they gave me incorrect information and told me they could not refinance my loan as I was working & living overseas. This is after they had processed my application. Knowing this was not true as I am a NZ citizen, I contacted Ryan who verified that the information given to me was incorrect and took over helping me. Ryan is very personable and even without meeting face to face, you know that he has your best interests in mind when he helps you find the best options for your circumstances. If you are looking for exceptional service and great advice, give Ryan a call - unfortunately loan specialists in banks only know their own policies and in my case, as I found out, they don't really know all the facts of 1 bank let alone be able to give you options of others.
