Hands down the best insurance company I had, and I tried a few of them. Initially, I signed up with Tower because of their innovative app, but I was blown away by their awesome customer service. Recently I was involved in a car accident and their communication and service was amazing. Sandy, the claims agent, was always prompt to answer calls, emails, and was also actively following up to make sure that the repair was performed. I'd recommend Tower to anyon. You won't regret.

Fantastic value if you have multiple polices. I've used them for a few years and will continue to do so at this stage. I will say though.... Wait times on the phone are pretty long. On average around 20-30 minutes in my experience. Customer service, depending on who you talk to, can be confident and extremely helpful, or as my last phone call, very unsure about what she was talking about.

I really like having my insurance with Tower. During the earthquake they informed me I had cover to stay somewhere else while things got repaired which i didnt realize. Three months we were away. I have my car with them, and even if I get lured away from another company I do sway back to tower for easiness, and good prices

I've already passed my compliments on to the Tower team directly, but I thought I should also put up a review for anyone looking for car insurance. Tower has been absolutely brilliant. While I was looking to insure my new car, I was getting premium quotes in the $80-100 a fortnight range, until I went to Tower, who quoted me $40 per fortnight. Then, it took me only 20 minutes to set up my insurance and start coverage, when my previous experience with insurance companies left me dreading it for how long it would take. Then, barely a month into my coverage, my car was broken into and a window smashed. My previous experience with claims was that insurance companies wanted to find any way possible to get out of paying, and to make the process as painful as possible. Not Tower, after 10 minutes on the phone, with no fuss, I was sorted, and within the hour I was getting a temp glaze done at my local Novus, and 2 days later my window had been replaced. Tower has been excellent, and I can say with certainty that they will be my insurance provider for the foreseeable future, and have certainly earned my loyalty with their prompt and positive service.

Well, recently my car has stolen and I straightway informed tower insurance but no action had been taken by anyone for almost 3 days. even my car was found by police and they asked me to inform insurance company to assess the vehicle but nobody did anything. Everyday I needed to chase them to work on it but nothing happened. Regularly they were asking me repeat my story but no action has been taken But after 2 days, one of the lady, I might be wrong in name called Karon: she was extremely helpful and sought out my problem within 10 minutes. I am glad this company has employee like her. Well done:) And thank you.

The online process is so easy. Fill in the details, obtain a quote online and the quote is valid for 30 days. I compared the quote with thee other companies, Tower was the cheapest yet the terms of cover were pretty much the same. So, back online, buy the policy. Able to choose between annual, monthly or fortnightly payments. The process was easy to follow, easy to complete.

This insurance company would have to be the best around. my car was involved in an accident and classed as a write off.i thought it would be settled within 4-6 weeks before I was paid out. I had difficulty trying to log in and then to re-new password - basically I was not logged in/registered anyway but system displays a password which system told me had been used/misued in another application - I have not registered as when I attempted it old p/word is used (I counted the number of letter/nos used) and did not know how to then change it - so have left it. I prefer talking to staff who can answer questions which typing does not give. otherwise no problems in completing quote formatt. I hate passwords - should be a simpler method than the present requirement - I am only a human - my life does not normally involve computers. Get an old foggie like me to test your system - not someone already au fait with computers.

I originally was going to go with AMI insurance but they messed me around with hardly any communication, i went to apply online and they said for my location i had to ring up...and they weren't prepared to rush my application even though I needed it urgently before a settlement date. THEN i saw that Tower would accept my application online within minutes and I even used their online chat box to tell them i needed it urgently. They had it all completed within minutes and sent me the final papers i needed the following day. They made a stressful situation SO easy. I will recommend them to everyone.

A good experience, apart from trying to get my bank a/c number in correctly. Gave up and decided on Debit card payment ! I was with Tower for many many years ( thru ANZ) but had to cancel due to a financially stressed time, when my husband died, and I had to sell the property. I felt VERY exposed without insurance on my contents, so at least now have the basics covered at a very affordable cost. Thank you.

Very impressed with these guys. We've slowly moved all our insurances over to them, and they've always provided impeccable service and competitive prices. But we recently had to make a claim for a small accident that happened to one of our vehicles, and I've gotta say they really did a great job. Without going into detail, they didn't just chase up what was best for them, but did the right thing by us and the other party. Thank you Tower, great job 👏.
