Claire was absolutely incredible! She explained everything to us clearly throughout and went above and beyond for us. I am certain that if we had not worked with Claire we wouldn't be moving into our first home! I could not recommend Claire highly enough, if you are looking for a mortgage you should definitely speak to her.

Claire has been a pleasure to work with from day 1. She has provided an incredible service and experience to us over the 2 year period it took us to buy our home. Claire has always been honest and reliable, with an added bonus of a wicked sense of humor. Claire was in it for the long run with us and it paid off immensely!

Claire is a precise, knowledgeable, determined and on to it woman. She has ample experience in her industry and I had the pleasure of using her services last year to buy our first home. She worked extremely hard on our case concidering a bad financial history on my part and pulled off a great rate and service via my preferred bank. This was a challenge for all of us but Claire aced it. Thank you so much for everything you have done for Jason and I. I'm happy to say we didn't only settle on a house we created a great business relationship but most importantly a friendship with Claire. In the best way possible I hope we don't have to jump on the market again, at least for a few years, but I know when it does happen we have the support and knowledge of Claire backing us. Claire was a absolute star who made the whole process easy and simple. Working diligently to help us identify what we wanted to achieve and providing a clear and accurate breakdown of her recommendations based on our needs. Her communication was fantastic ensuring that we understood what was happening every step of the way, providing prompt updates as soon as she had information to hand. Couldn’t ask for a more customer-centric person to look after you.

Where do I even start? Words can’t explain how highly we recommend Claire. I truly believe we would not be where we are now (in our first home) without her. As first home buyers, we had no knowledge about anything, and were feeling very lost with no idea where or how to start, but after our first meeting with Claire, we left feeling so impressed with her simplicity and so excited to start our house hunting journey. 9 months later, we have finally settled on our first home! She is so friendly and lovely, has a young fresh approach, super knowledgeable and explains things so well and lays out everything you need to do so simply. Not one question was a dumb question for her (and trust me we asked many). She was always a text or call away when we needed anything at all, even after hours and in weekends when she should’ve been relaxing! It is so nice to work with someone who you know is always looking out for you and is trying to get the best she can for you. An all round outstanding broker, who we will continue to deal with for the rest of our lives, and absolutely recommend 1000% to anyone.

To say Claire looked after Anna and I's best interest's is just the beginning. We have used Claire as our mortgage adviser for the past 3-4 years. Recently we went to an open home on a Saturday to find out a pre auction offer had been approved and auction brought forward to the next Wednesday. As we were not yet approved for finance, we thought we wouldn't have a shot at bidding. We contacted Claire at 7am on Monday, she had everything approved and ready to go by 2pm Tuesday. We value Claire's officiancy and professionalism, she is very approachable and amazing at what does. We highly recommend Claire to be your mortgage adviser. Very thankful for all the work she has done for us!

We have no ideas how to put into words how amazing Claire is. We were recommended Claire by a friend and from the get go she has been easy, accommodating and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond for us and seemed advice when she has been unsure of things. I truly believe that Claire only has her clients best interests at heart, she has managed to sort something for our family that we thought was going to be difficult within a couple of weeks. I LOVED working alongside Claire to get our first home loan approved! We had no idea we’d be able to get a mortgage being self employed on one wage, having only been in business for ten months.
