I had an awesome experience with Marquise Henry who was helping me out with my KiwiSaver. He was so helpful, polite, professional and easy going. Although I struggled to understand or do some things, he helped me understand and knew exactly how to approach some topics! Very helpful and would highly recommend!!

We have been very impressed with the service from Jayden at Aurora. We had an extremely positive experience with Aurora Insurance to update and increase the insurance cover we had. We had Kadin Baker, and he was great. The policies went through really fast and knowing that we can contact Kadin if necessary in the event of a claim is very reassuring. I like that he came to our home at a time that suited us. There is not one thing I could say that Kadin didn't do or could have done better for us. I highly recommend Kadin and the Aurora team to help you out for all you insurance needs.

When I met my adviser Shivdeep I thought it was going to be just another sales pitch. I was pleasantly surprised when I realised that care of the client and their families was the driving force behind this company. As a solo mum, providing for my children in the event of sickness or death is vital. Aurora Financial have given me great peace of mind knowing that my family will be looked after in the event of either happening. Also, if I become ill, money will be there for day to day living in the absence of a salary, taking away that financial pressure during an already stressful time. Highly recommend.

My husband and i were already with an insurance company but were looking around for other options, I rung aurora insurance to query about a life and trauma insurance as i had seen them online and thought why not? Left details with them to contact us etc and within a week i had heard back from them and told that a representative will be in contact. Within a couple days i had heard back and had a meeting arranged with Kadin Baker. From the beginning he made the whole process and experience easy. He was friendly but professional, easy to get along with, made everything understandable and provided thorough information while also listening to the concerns and questions we had, without making us feel like he was just dismissing them to get what he wants (which is what we have experienced from other companies in the past) He found us better options than what we originally had and at a more affordable cost.
