“Buying our 1st house” a scary & nerve-wracking thought. Something I thought my partner & I were not ready to do until we had heaps of zero’s showing in our savings account. Thanks to a couple of friends who gave us enough confidence to even just entertain the idea, we found Duane Aarts. I remember back in 2018 when we first started talking to Duane, how pessimistic I was about the whole “Buying our 1st house” thing. I thought for sure, we would definitely be stuck paying someone else’s mortgage off for years.
Duane on the other hand, was always optimistic. He made sure to always listen, gather relevant information, come back to us with information where hardly any jargon was used. And even if there was, he always translates information in a way we would understand, however many times needed.
Nearly 2 years later after a few life obstacles, our dream became a reality. We bought Our First House, OUR HOME.
On & off during this time, we were in touch with Duane. I have never met anyone so attentive & helpful to other’s. It felt like he made our dream his dream too. Duane always had our best interest at heart.
In the end, the ended up with the best deal possible and we hardly had to do anything. Duane did all the hard work.
Now that I know better, I can definitely give you a piece of advice.
It’s not hard, it’s not scary, it’s not intimidating. It’s not stressful.
