The family went in for talk with Brian and he was amazing at finding out what our goals are, where we were at and the path to achieve them. We learned so much about what we should be doing even simple steps that immediately benefited our situation. Absolutely reccomend to anyone looking to buy a home we were all so stoked with the customer service and advice!

I confess that I am a first time reviewer on google, but I had to make an exception for Brian. Brian took the time to listen and understand, and was absolutely phenomenal to deal with for me and my complex situation. His responses were clear and timely, his mannerisms and professionalism is second to none. Brian is the guy you want looking out for you and your mortgage needs. Brian is incredibly fast at responding, he exceeded our expectations by getting a better rate then we could have and was able to get us double the max cash gift we were offered. Brian was excellent - awesome to work with and gave us so much help and genuine advice! We are very busy people and often work difficult hours but Brian made it work without any fuss, he was very efficient and pro active sorting our insurance for us! Couldn’t ask for a more efficient broker!

My partner Blake and I were referred to Brian from a good friend. We had been wanting to start the process of buying our own home for a long time, but had zero idea of where to start or what was involved.
