Kurt was instrumental in helping us navigate a very difficult property market from securing a great mortgage offer through to organising the best insurance deal and supporting us with great advice all the way to settlement on the property we really wanted. We have used Kurt as our mortgage advisor on both of the properties we have purchased. He made both experiences easy and non stressful. I cant recommend Kurt highly enough!! We were working on a really tight time frame and he was always available and made the deal happen!!. When ever I needed to contact him he answered or called back very quickly. Kurt assisted with my kiwisaver and first home loan grant and made the whole process effortless, even though he was sick. Amazing. Kurt has excellent contacts and knows his stuff. So grateful for this broker!!

We worked with Kurt to see if we could refinance our house in NZ for a deposit for a house in Australia - where we currently live - a much more complicated process than one might think. Kurt agreed to assist us even though there was no garentee he would actually get any business from it. He provided guidance and recommendations all through the process from finding a Bank that was prepared to take on the mortgage to meet our requirements, a lawyer for power of attorney (thanks to covid travel restrictions) and a curency transfer agent to make sure everything was handled professionally - and many other things. Kurt worked tirelessly for us, being available for video confrences to discuss things well out of business hours. Kurt is very approachable, knowledgeable, honest and generous with his time. I can't recomend him highly enough.

Kurt was very professional and flexible for us! He helped us understand all the paperwork bit by bit down to the finest detail which we appreciated a lot! He was fast replying with answering every email and call with a lot of detail also! We are very thankful for everything he has done for us over the last few months

I got some information from these guys and I have to say that they were most helpful. Keen to assist it certainly seemed they would go the extra distance to help out. They have a wide range of services including of course being mortgage brokers. With the view to buying property in the future I think I will certainly give these guys a call. Car parking is busy but normally ok but it is monitored.
