I'm sceptical of insurance people so was relieved when a friend recommended Kirk. As soon as I met Kirk I could tell he was genuine. He knew his stuff, explained things in language I could understand and was relatable. Kirk's communication is faultless and I never felt like I was being pressured and he didn't try to add on things we didn't need or couldn't afford. I am happy to and confident in recommending Kirk to those looking to take out or switch insurance.
