Asher help me navigate the minefield of finance applications and buying/selling during a lockdown (nightmare). He provided sound advice and was great at answering my questions. He was also a driving force in getting the banks to move quickly so I could buy at auction and settle the following week. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to finance a new home.

I'm a expat Kiwi living in Mexico. No banks want to loan directly with anyone living outside of NZ. This is the same with most mortgage brokers. I was very happy to find Moa Money who filled this specific need. I got an excellent 5 year fixed rate of 2.99%. Excellent outcome and Asher is very easy to work with. TIP: If you're applying from overseas, give yourself 4 months for settlement. It's a longer process.
