We have used Quantum Finance for the last three and a half years, they were fundamental to our successful home purchases! Everyone is friendly and helpful and easy to deal with. We have brought and sold houses before without a mortgage advisor and it's always been stressful and hard work. With our latest house we decided we needed to use a mortgage advisor and Lorraine Ludwig came highly recommended. Not only did she answer her phone on a Saturday but she arranged to met us on a Sunday. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for Lorraine she always replies promptly to my many questions and understands that this house is a huge investment for our family. Needing finance for a new build we were put onto Heather at Quantum by a friend just before christmas. Heather was great and worked hard to get everything done promptly over the holiday period. When an admin issue with the builders insurance company poped up she went into bat for us knocking a potential delay in approval on the head quickly reducing the stress for our builder and us. A great communicator and we were never left waiting for an answer and were kept informed of progress. Have used a few brokers over the years and highly recommend Heather and the team.
