Patrick Hackett was recommended to me by my real estate agent as an alternative lending source to the Westpac bank. Having been self employed for 25 years the main stream banks were rather reluctant at times to offer a forward thinking lending possibility for investment and real estate growth. Avanti we’re obviously used to clients like myself and certainly made the process not only possible but extremely easy and stress free. Patrick was always available at the end of the phone and a year later when I purchased another property I called on his professional services to construct a temporary loan that suited my circumstances.
