We are stoked with our first home that was built by Signature Homes Christchurch North and were pleased to have dealt with Nick Fleetwood throughout the journey. He was available whenever we needed him and had some great design ideas and building insight that he could share with us. We have recommended Signature Homes Christchurch North (and Nick) to several of our friends, who are now in the process of building their own first homes with the company.

We recently completed our first own home with these guys, who provided an outstanding performance. The service was great end to end, from the whole Team, but especially Jen and Adam. They were available all the time, very responsive and helpful, proactive and made everything happen, even on short notice, during the built and even now afterwards. And most important of course, the house is awesome, high quality and great value for money. We would definitely choose them again, and can totally recommend Signature Homes and especially this branch.
