P.Very nice service and friendly staff. I love going there. The staff knows what they are talking about and gives right advice and full information. Love shopping there for jewelry
M.Was very busy when I went there. There was a little bit of distancing but not the staff's fault as they were busy. Needs to be a bit more control of people entering the shop. I felt a bit anxious while waiting. People were wearing masks but I still felt quite anxious. This was my first time out of my usual area for shopping but I had to get my diamond rings cleaned for the lifetime warranty. Very grateful to the staff who tried to make it comfortable for me.
L.the staff Natty is very approachable and welcoming. She is very polite and knows how to sell. Very good at establishing rapport.
M.I have given my fiancé x2 rings including her engagement ring, ear rings and a pendant from this place, the people i have dealt with in this store are knowledgeable and very friendly also fun, i will continue to go back here i highly recommend
