Had a ring repaired. When I got it back it was like receiving a new ring! The difference was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Brought in a greenstone necklace to get an adjustable knot, as the strings were not originally knotted for the necklace to be wearable. Was grateful to have been given a replacement string which was appropriately tied, but am unsure if $10 was too steep. Very pleasant customer service with very polite staff
