I wanted a product that was out of stock at most branches but Ben from Michael Hill virtual team based in Christchurch contacted me (I'm in Wellington) and managed to contact Ashburton store for me as they had stock there and it was posted to me on the same day :) super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks guys!

Props to the Cashel st team, especially the male attendant! The best service I have received in a very long time!

I went there today to look for a ring for my sister. A lady called Carol came to help us straight away and was really lovely! She helped me find the rings in my price range and offered a lot of help. In the end I didn't buy one but Carol made me feel so welcome that I will definitely come back if I ever need to buy jewelry again.

My husband is possibly buying me a ring for a special birthday. Mei showed me a number of rings. I settled on a channel set diamond ring which she has put aside for my husband to see tomorrow. I had a very pleasant experience in the Cashel Street store thanks to Mei.

Loved this Michael Hill Store! The ladies who helped me find my bridal set, Rika and Lin, were amazing, no pressure and very helpful - they encouraged me to try on styles that I wouldn't normally look at, as did my sister - I ended up choosing a set that didn't stick out to me but when I put it on I fell in love with it! I wasn't too sold on the rose gold that my set was but Rika told me it could be white gold dipped so it was perfect! Highly recommend this store ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently bought my wedding band whilst on holiday in CHC. Allen the sales person has been amazing and ensuring that through the journey of getting the ring made, sized to fit the engagement ring, that as a customer I felt truly valued. He exemplifies what it means to put the customer first and should be recognized internally for his integrity and commitment long after the sale has been completed.

The sales person was REALLY pushy when we went in. I get it, they're trying to make a sale but it was over the top. My friend wanted to go for a second look at a ring but didn't want to deal with continuously telling the sales person that she didn't want to sign up for the VIP, or give her number or email.
