Very highly recommend Harley. During the lockdown at level 4. I bought 2 Beautiful watch from him. The outstanding good service he did for me is very very nice. Truly highly recommend Harley and the team of partridge in Chch CBD.

Nicole was amazing to deal with and the store is a great place to visit. Immediately when I walked in there was a great level of care and comfort. Nicole was very patient and gave excellent informed answers to the detailed questions I had. Her experience is evidently vast. Nicole took her time to listen to exactly what I was after in an engagement ring before presenting with the perfect option. Very happy with the experience all round and I would highly recommend her service to a friend.

Nicole Long is incredible to deal with. She's a true watch lover and shows her passion in helping you find the right piece for yourself or in picking the perfect gift for a loved one. She makes you feel welcomed and important with any budget.

Nicole was fantastic. She helped my partner and I design three custom rings. She was incredibly patient and didn’t rush us, understanding that the most important factor for us was the end product. Nicole seemed genuinely interested in helping us and we look forward to getting Nicole to help us with further custom pieces in the future. 10/10 would recommend Nicole!

We have been dealing with the team at Partridges for over 2 years now. We always get exceptional service from Harley, Vivian and the team. The quality of jewellery is NZ's finest, combined with their premium brand watches. This results in regular visits to the casal street store. Harley is very in tune to our tastes and surprised us both with some amazing pieces, which we were absolutely thrilled with. We are very thankful of having such a dedicated team who know us well and treat us with a service level that is beyond compare.

Harley from the Christchurch branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was trying to purchase my first Rolex for my birthday. After meeting with Harley, he gave me realistic timeframes and kept me updated with the latest news - only to have the watch arrive a month before my birthday! Harley understood this was quite a milestone event for me; going out of his way to create the best in-store experience during the unboxing of the watch. Big thank you to Harley and the rest of the team at Partridge Jewellers - Christchurch. I’m already eyeing up another one! 👀

Bought a watch at Partridge after many visits. The sales lady Nicole is professional and patient with customers. She has passion and enthusiasm in horology. We were not pushed to buy anything but she patiently explained and share knowledge with us. We highly recommended Nicole if you want to enjoy great service.

My partner and I planned this whole engagement and holiday 3 months prior.My partner very kindly asked me to pick my engagement ring, I found this beautiful solitaire diamond ring at Partridge.It was all sorted,paid off full and was checked for by my partner 3 separate times before our departure to Europe. Since we were traveling overseas we wanted to avail their tax free services (ring has to be picked-up at the international airport upon your departure) ON THE DAY of our flight, there was no ring to be picked up as my RING WAS NOT IN the in duty free of the international airport. Luckily,I was flying later and from a different airport so i had a few minutes to talk to someone about this.Partridge Auckland was helpful and offered to lend us a completely identical ring(but not my size of course) to use it temporarily in Europe and to exchange this when we get back as my engagement ring is still in their Christchurch store! Such an stressful event for us! I absolutely love my engagement ring but I wish we just took the ring out of the store, rather than from the airport! Imagine if we flew on the same flight, then we would not have a ring at all! Few tips: make sure you check in with them few days before you leave and make sure that the ring is delivered to the airport or better yet pick-up the ring from the shop and pay the 15% tax but surely SAVE yourself from the stress we went through 😂. Partridge has apologised to us and has given us a bottle of wine. Apologies accepted but I still cannot forget how stressful it was for me!

I worked with Sam at Partridge to create a bespoke ring for my wedding anniversary. From start to finish he listened and provided great advice around the design and diamond selection and I am delighted with the result, my ring is beautiful and very special to me. Thank you Sam.

This is a high end shop, offering a bespoke service. If that is what you are looking for, then I highly recommend a visit. Lily has been dealing with me every time I have been in, and she is a real asset to the company, but I would say that all staff offer a real professional and personal service.
