Such a lovely experience! As soon as I entered this store I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Jen and Stacey were quick to ask how if I needed assistance and went above and beyond to provide me with the best options regarding my request. Jen was my main retail consultant, she was very knowledgeable when it came to products and the suitability. I've had years of experience of working in customer service, and these lovely ladies exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back knowing I'm being looked after. A++

Jen at the Merivale store in Christchurch was absolutely amazing. I rang her prior to going to the store to ask if she had a certain ring in store. She said she had one but could always order some more in. I went into the store and she was already on the phone contacting other stores nationwide to see if they had any of the rings I was after and whether they could send them overnight if needed. The friendly service was great and I really appreciate all the help and advice Jen gave me.

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful, great service, wide range of high quality jewelry and watches. They offer a 15% engraving discount voucher from the Mister Minit next door which was very handy for gift ideas.
