Brent and his team are absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to be helpful and are always kind! So grateful to them for helping me with my wedding jewelry - everything from helping us choose our wedding rings to changing pearl studs to drops to cleaning and repairing other jewelry, they were amazing. Could not recommend them more highly!

These beautiful amazing people… just blew me away with their service. A previous jeweller that said he could resize our wedding rings … and didn’t, waited until the day I was meant to pick them up to tell me he didn’t want to ruin the design… so he did not touch them at all. I completely freaked out. We were to be married 5 days later. My uncles rang Brent and his team, I went in the next day… To say they were amazing would be an understatement, they heard me, they empathised, Brent came out and spent a good 15-20 minutes with me talking about everything, checking ring sizes and just making me feel completely at ease. He said to not stress it would be fine, they rang me everyday to update me. I’m just so grateful to this team of people, that helped me when I felt like everything was going to be a disaster. The best jewellers ever, and I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you so much Brent and your team!

Incredible efficiency and polished, friendly service. I needed my watch battery changed and the one in the Meridian couldn't open my watch and were a bit rough with it. Brent Weatherall Jeweller opened it in 2 seconds and got it wonderfully done in a jiffy. What a beautiful store. Will be back for all my watch, repairs, and jewelry needs!

BEST service here every time we shop, we went in the other day to get my daughters baby bracelet resized, not only did we have amazing service as usual but they gave my daughter a gift as she left and she won’t stop talking about it! Such a gorgeous looking store, saving up to buy that gorgeous bejewelled squid piece, a gem of a place.

I visited Brent and the team (a huge thanks to Michelle) after an insurance job gone wrong- by another local jeweler / goldsmith had botched up a job FOUR TIMES. Michelle talked me through my options, they were clear and very helpful. Initially we were looking at repairing the shoddy job from the other jeweler/ goldsmith. But we decided to do a complete remake. I got to pick what I wanted, I was kept informed, the quote was quick and easy and I felt really reasonable for what I got. The results were spectacular, a perfect ring EXACTLY what I wanted - that I’ve been unable to stop looking at. Brent even called me to see how I liked it after I had picked it up. The staff instore never made me feel like a burden, Michelle even seen me at Christmas time and gave me a big hug,they were always happy to chat throughout the process and answered all my questions happily. Brent, Michelle and Jo took what was a stressful and really upsetting time for me and my husband and they made it right. Thank you!! I would 100 percent recommend Brent weatherall Jewelers to anyone.
