Amazing service! My engagement ring had broken for the second time in 4 years (was NOT purchased here) and so I typed jewellery repairs and went to the best rated by google reviews, and I can see why. Speaking with Iain you instantly know how passionate he is about jewellery, it’s construction, how to make pieces that last a life time. I left my ring with him and felt confident that whatever he was going to do, it would be of quality and with passion from a craftsman who really cares. I am extremely happy with what he has done and I am confident I will not have anymore issues with my ring. The work done is excellent and the cost was extremely fair and far less than I expected. Wonderful service! Brought in an old broken locket that would no longer stay closed. The staff were so helpful and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. The icing on the cake was Ian did it free of charge. Perhaps a minor repair, but it meant a lot to get it fixed (and I'm sure you'd find other places that would charge for such a thing). Thanks so much!
