R.Very impressed with the quality product and service I received when searching for the perfect silver bangle for my daughters birthday. Friendly and genuine, these guys are great to deal with and are passionate about the jewellry they create...support local!!

A.I had an excellent experience working with Glen to have my design come to life! He was so patient with my need for perfection, and he executed it so well, a very skilled craftman.
He was able to easily use raw gold that I already had and include my father's ashes.
He was able to modify my idea without losing my original design to save me thousands in precious metals.
He handled my father's ashes and the sentimentality of the design with care and thoughtfulness, and even had the finished pendant ready for me to take on an overseas trip.
He was as excited about the final product as I was.

A.Glen is absolutely amazing. A talented craftsman. He has redesigned 2 beautiful rings for me and done heaps of other little jobs but more importantly he made three pendants with our sons face on and a locket with our sons ashes in them for myself my hubby and our two other sons.Such a special gift it means so much to our family. This was such a difficult time for us and he managed it with sensitivity and compassion . I cant recommend him highly enough .

T.I took my G Shock watch into Glen's shop to have the battery replaced. For $30 and ready in 30mins was really reasonable.
The next day after diving in Takaka my watch had died and condensation appeared under the face of my watch, so I contacted Glen. Long story short he owned the problem with my watch, replaced with a brand new G Shock and couriered the watch to my home in the North Island.

D.Like many people, I was offended by Glen’s ill-conceived Christmas float, perhaps more than most because my wife grew up in segregated Texas.
Unlike most people, however, I did not just complain or write critical comments. I went to talk to him directly.
After talking to him and seeing his contrition, I was convinced that his actions were not due to malice, but to a perhaps provincial orientation, something not uncommon in New Zealand.
Since then, Glen has reset my father’s ring stone for me, cooperatively designing a wonderful setting. Glen is a truly talented craftsman. I would recommend him to anyone.

I can't say enough about how responsive he was to our situation. He reset the ring and delivered it to our hotel the next day while we were at Abel Tasman. P.Just picked up my wedding ring made of sliver with a really intricate celtic pattern based on the endless Celtic knot . It really pops on a black back ground. Pattern is repeated all the way round .
They really made a beautiful job of it I love it . Great personalities, easy to deal with , good craftsmanship you can't go wrong there great job guy's
