P.The manager and staff at Michael Hill in the Plaza were fantastic when my ring needed replacing. It had lost stones, and was unable to be repaired, but they offered to replace it for another ring, at no cost to myself. Good on you for doing the right thing for your customer! I will definitely go there again for jewelry, purely because of the great customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile and put things right.
