I ordered a pair of hanging pearl earrings from Frenelle. They came exactly as shown in their photos. They are beautiful and the quality looks great. The packaging is also very nice. The owners had excellent customer service and communication about the order.

Fantastic NZ small business that I would happily order from again for gifts and sneaky treats for myself. The website is very easy to use and order from. Communication was excellent with order confirmation and receipt being emailed immediately and then a follow up email from Judy, the owner confirming the order would be on the mornings courier. In the morning a further email confirmed the order was with the courier and providing the tracking details. The next day my order arrived and the jewellery was beautiful, of a high quality and well packaged. An unexpected and thoughtful bonus was the inclusion of a free gift! Thanks Judy, I will enjoy the bonus earrings. I can also highly recommend the Ring Size Adjuster. They are easy to use, comfortable and discreet but best of all provide reassurance that I'm not going to lose my sentimental and precious rings.

There were some it issues that meant delay for delivery (only an extra couple days) but the team at Frenelle were transparent and proactive in telling me and went over and above to ensure that my item was delivered to my satisfaction. Great work!

I recently purchased the Bella earrings. They are larger than I had thought, much to my pleasant surprise. The stones are very sparkly and metal setting is very shiny. I really like the closure as it fits very snug and feels very secure. I've been wearing them since I got them and they don't poke or bother me at night. The order came quickly and very beautifully presented in a black and white jewelry box and cover. All in all a GREAT present to myself. Really happy with this vendor and will purchase more in the future.

I ordered a pair of Bella earrings from Amazon. They are very nice small hoop earrings! I like how they look on me, and they have a beautiful and unique design. In terms of construction, the earrings are lightweight but also good quality and pretty sturdy. The clasp in the back was easy to lock. It also came in a nice box (I’m keeping this one for myself, but can see how it’d be easy to give as a gift—just tie a bow and it’s already wrapped!).

I ordered the Tanya stud pearl drop earrings and the Bella Hoops through Amazon. Delivery was faster than anticipated. The pictures online don't do them justice! Both pair of earrings are lovely and so much better in real life! I'll be ordering more as gifts for my sisters.

I brought some silicone ring resizer coils from Frenelle Jewellery and I am so impressed by this product. I was given my engagement ring when pregnant with swollen fingers and have since lost alot of weight, my ring size is the smallest you can get and it is still too big. This product works amazingly so I won't need to get my ring resized. It is comfortable, blends in on the underside of the ring and prevents the ring from slipping. Frenelle also shipped the product really quickly. Highly recommend!!

I bought the Bella earrings, and I'm quite pleased with the purchase. They are tasteful, not too big, and are more of an oblong shape rather than a typical circular shape which makes them a little different from most hoop earrings. Lovely!

I got "Charlotte" - 925 Sterling Silver Earrings for my younger sister's birthday. She absolutely loves them. Fast delivery and fantastic customer service.

I purchased the 18 K white gold plated Swarovski Crystal hoop Earrings The Swarovsky crystals are very pretty on the white gold and have an elegant sparkle. I really like the latch closure in the back as it makes it so much easier to put them on and secure the earring. I also like that they are hypoallergenic as I can keep them on for an extended period without my skin being irritated. One nice discovery is that when I left them in overnight, they didn’t poke me when my head was on the pillow - as many other earrings do. I will be wearing these to an evening wedding next week.
