Great place. I took my watches here for new batteries and a new strap. Was not a costly experience and the work was all finished within a matter of hours. Also, they were very responsive to any questions I sent them. Quoted prices were accurate. Which I appreciated.

Absolutely love my new ring. I came to Rawson Brothers with two sapphires and an idea of what I wanted. David talked through design options with me and sketched some ideas so I could visualise. He even suggested which sapphire to use as he noticed one had better colouring than the other. I‘m so happy with the finished product, thanks so much! Good service. I popped in to get my wedding ring looked at (which had a piece of melted metal mistakenly embedded in it from work in my garage). Not only did David polish out the blemish, he was able to rhodium plate it to look better than new. He also polished my watch for free. Top bloke! Loved being able to see everything while he worked. No hesitation referring to others.

I highly recommend Rawson Brothers as THE place to go to get your rings repaired and cleaned. I had a few rings repaired, as I had lost a couple of stones and the claws needed replacing. Whilst there I got a complimentary clean of my other rings and they came up shiny and new. The workmanship of the ones that I had repaired were outstanding. I want to get a ring designed in the future and I want David to make it for me as I know he is passionate about his job as a Jeweller. 10/10

Cannot express enough how happy I am with my wedding and engagement rings - I had the stones cleaned and rings rodium coated and they look brand new! I am pretty heavy on them and worried I had done damage but Rawson Brothers did such a great job with them, done quickly and for a fair price - thank you!
