L.What a fabulous selection of Christmas accessories. Also a wonderful evening section with plenty of variety. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always has a selection of items reduced. A favourite place - you can find something for any occasion
S.I have anxiety and I hate shopping, but I went into Lovisa Lambton Quay with a photo I found on the internet of an ear full of really cool earrings in it. I was looking at some earrings, and Emma came up to me all bright & bubbly and asked if I needed any help. I showed her the picture and explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted the earrings to be left in (sleep with them, shower with them, etc) and I said yes. She took me over to a different stand and showed me these cubic zirconia earring packs which were on sale (3 packs for $30) and explained that these ones will last long and they won't eventually fade. She was so friendly, and answered all my questions. She got me a basket so I could carry all the jewellery I was buying. She looked after my handbag for me at the counter (it was heavy). The store had Afterpay which was great, so I ended up getting a ring & some other earrings as well! Sorry for rambling but I basically want to say that Emma has excellent customer service. She's so friendly, kind, and helpful and a real asset to Lovisa. Thanks Emma for making my shopping experience so great. Look forward to returning to Lovisa in the future.
