C.I went here looking for a present for my mums 70th birthday. I initially couldn't find what i was looking for but on visiting their online site I found something that i did like and whats more it came with a free gift.
I went back to the store to see if they had it and also if they would honour the gift. They did and the bettered the offer with a discount that was better than the online offer.
Don't mistake exuberance for pushy. Obviously there is a certain desire for the staff to sell but this is more than tempered by their desire to sell you something that you want.
T.Couldn't of gotten better service! Went in for a ring resize and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best prices, right size and the job done and back to me ASAP! Will definitely be using them again.
