E.I really can't say enough about Gail and Tania! I emailed Gail with a tentative idea I had for an anniversary gift for my wife of 44yrs.
She replied straight away and commended me and assured me she could work with me to create something very special along the lines of my design ideas. Working together and taking her suggestions and modifying them we arrived at exactly what I had envisioned. She was as enthusiastic as I was with the final design and was certain my wife would love it.
Working to my budget, she was able to offer suggestions as to the material used that while avoiding a high cost, would look as though it was far more expensive than it was.
Even though she still had to actually make the necklace I was happy that it would doubtless turn out as the design looked on paper. I didn't know for certain until I received it from the courier, so my hands were a bit trembly as I opened the packet. The necklace was beautiful, beautifully crafted and I knew my wife was going to love it! Gail, too, was very happy when she received it back from the guy who made it.
My anniversary gift achieved it's goal of giving my wife a unique, bespoke gift to my own design, a gift nobody else could buy for anyone. She loved it and her reaction to learning I had designed it myself, especially for her, made the anxiety and effort more than worthwhile.

L.In the years that I have used JD's Gail and her team have helped me with my wedding rings, gift purchases and redesigns to suit me. I took in some of my old jewelry and they turned it into a beautiful pendant which I wear every day. Recently they have turned my mothers ring into a modern version so I can wear it and remember her. Its beautiful and the whole process was easy and relaxing. It always feels like its all about what I need and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

We discussed concepts via email and they were very open to our preferences. They took our criteria and produced something that surprised us both, and that we loved.
