Our daughter attended this wonderful little kindy for 2.5 years (from Jul 2018 – Jan 2021) and not only loved her time there, but really thrived. From the moment you step into the cosy, light-filled bungalow, you cannot help but notice how welcoming and homely it feels. It’s like dropping your child off at Nana’s - with all the cousins there! It was always heartening to see how happy and content the little ones attending there were. The teachers and staff were just so lovely – warm, caring and always attentive. It’s clear that they adore little people and loved their jobs. We had complete peace of mind leaving our daughter in their care, knowing that she is not only taken care of, but deeply cared for. If we had to choose again, we would choose Vintage Kids without giving it a second thought.

Our daughter began with the Vintage Kids team when she was 8 months old and is soon completing her final day with Sheree & team. We are only taking our daughter out of VK as we are moving house - we'd happily keep her there until she was readying herself for school. We cannot recommend this kindergarten enough! The staff are mature, focussed on the children, professional, and provide frequent updates about the children's development. The site is beautiful - very much a home style environment, as is the way that food is prepared and shared. The food is outstanding. The menu is varied, organic, spray free and covers a very broad range of nutritional needs and preferences. I really appreciated the fact that the children are taught about different cultures, and languages, and hearing Maori in particular being spoken frequently in the kindergarten was excellent. The one thing that parents can trust, is that there is genuine love and care for the children. We felt an immediate sense of confidence that this team would be our daughter's second home, and this is in no small part due to the affection and love that the kids are shown all day. The teacher to child ratio is strong, and we are very sad to be leaving. You have set the bar extremely high VK - thank you so much for the love, care and kindness you've shown our girl over the past year and a half!

Joining Vintage Kids has been one of the best things for our little one and our family! Naturally we all feel a little anxiety sending our child to Kindergarten for the first time but every step of the way the team at Vintage were caring and supportive, not just of our child, but us as parents too! It feels like a family which is what we wanted for our child. We realised as parents that the interactions our child has with other children and teachers, the learning opportunities and experiences at Vintage are unique and excellent. I cannot praise the team enough!

Our son attended Vintage Kids in One Tree Hill for 3 years and we have nothing but praise for this wonderful little day care and it's teachers. From the moment we walked in, we were immersed in the cosy and warm atmosphere that Sheree and her team had so meticulously created. Anxieties we felt quickly dissipated and we knew that this was our "forever" day care. Transition period was a breeze, the teachers were so warm and caring our son loved attending VK, it was like a second home to him. Having mature teachers on board meant they showed a great deal of patience and care with the kids and brought in a depth of experience. High teacher to child ratio was a trademark and ensured the kids needs were met through out the day. Every day our son would come home and couldn't wait to tell us about his day. Anne's prowess on the guitar to singing, Vicky's creativity with everything natural, Jill, Drina and Lizzie's story telling abilities and strolls to Cornwall Park with Ling and Caroline to visit the secret garden; making each day special. During the Covid-19 lockdowns, the teachers spent a great deal of time creating and uploading content to Storypark which really came in handy for us and also meant the kids stayed connected and continued to learn and interact. From the natural outdoor play area (no artificial grass.. yay!) to natural toys inside, dedicated staff and unique learning opportunities, Vintage Kids sets the bar very high in Early Childhood Education. Our son learnt a great deal of life skills and we are grateful for the part they played in raising a confident, positive and caring preschooler. Thank you so much Sheree, Drina, Anne, Ling, Vicky, Lizzie, Jill, Caroline and Toni (chef); for making our Kindergarten journey exciting and memorable.

Lovely centre with a cosy warm feeling to it from the moment you walk in. The teachers are passionate and caring and really connect well with your child. High teacher to child ratio ensures that every child's needs are attended to. The meals are healthy and nutritious, so you know they are only getting the best. My daughter really enjoyed her time there and they have helped her to become the positive and confident learner that she is today 🙂

We have been lucky enough to have both our children attend Vintage Kids and there’s nowhere else we would have wanted our children to attend in their early years. When we were searching for a daycare for our first born, we visited many daycares but nothing seemed quite what we were looking for and then we came across Vintage Kids and we knew straight away it was the right place for us – it had such a warm, nurturing and homely feel. All the teachers are wonderful, caring and very dedicated, the food is incredible (nutritious and delicious!) and the space is beautiful – we love the natural toys inside and the thoughtfully created outdoor area and garden. The authentic environment and fantastic teachers make this place feel like a home away from home.

From the absolutely delicious food and beautiful environment to the outstanding teachers you will not find a better place for your child to spend their day than Vintage Kids! Each day my son attended Vintage Kids it was as if he was at his second home. The teachers put an enormous amount of thought and care into each child. My son has grown and learnt so much from the teachers and children and also through the imaginative play, adventures and stories. Vintage Kids truly is a magical place and my only wish is that we could have stayed for longer!

Vintage Kids One Tree Hill is everything a daycare should be, and has far exceeded any expectations we had in finding part time care for our two year old son. It’s always warm and inviting, the outlay and flow from indoors to the play area outside is so beautifully presented it surpasses any other facility I’ve encountered, including the one my eldest attended at Bondi Beach in Sydney. There is a genuineness in every aspect of your child’s enrolment, including a settling process leading up to their first day, which truly shows that their best interests lie with your child’s well being. Consistency is another really valuable incentive, as the same core carers have remained since our son started. It’s nice to know a growing fondness won’t suddenly be lost with too much staff rotation. I feel immense gratitude to have found such a remarkable place.

Our daughter just loved it at VK. VK is such a well run kindergarten with amazing teachers and other staff. Great variety of organic meals. Good mix of playing time and learning. I am really glad that we found VK when we were looking for a kindy for our daughter to start. She still miss her friends and teachers from VK. Special mentions to Sheree for running such a good kindy and Lizze who is soo caring and calm at all times and the kids just loves her.

Our son attended from August 2018 until August 2019 from the ages of 1-2. He loved his time there and we found it to be a wonderful centre. After checking out others in the local area, this was the only one where I walked in and immediately felt comfortable about dropping him off there every day while I went back to work. It was like taking your child to a family home. The staff were lovely, they served healthy meals and the small number of kids of different ages meant it never seemed overwhelming and he was able to learn from the older children in a warm, welcoming environment. The only reason he left was because we sadly moved out of the area.
