This is one of the better purchases I've ever made. This tool is extremely well made. Digging holes in the rocky ground around Twizel and the surrounding hills is hard work. This tool makes the near impossible do-able. I've worked this tool very hard and when I had an problem The Slammer Tool Team stood by their product and quickly resolved the issue. Thank you, Hoppie

I have owned a slammer tool for about 10 years and have used it for planting trees, digging fence posts, transplanting and digging out unwanted plants. General landscaping and farm work.
By far the best tool i have found for these jobs.
Its ergonomic and heavy duty.
Thanks slammer man :)

The Slammer Tool is our essential go-to tool in the shed, it's so useful, whether we're transplanting trees, removing gnarly concrete or splitting wood. It's built like tools used to be built, to last a lifetime. The only problem is people are always borrowing it!! Get one and give them to your friends and family. Can't recommend enough.

The Slammer is one of two most used tools in our shed (the other being the spade). This tool is invaluable for lifestyle blocks, gardening or anyone wanting to dig holes, dig out roots or the myriad of other tasks this amazing tool is designed to do. It is really built to last too. We've had ours for over 5 years with fairly intensive use and it's looking just as strong as when we bought it. Highly recommended tool for the shed.

I was recommended the Slammer Tool by a friend as I had just moved house and had a series of jobs to do in the garden. These included uprooting buried tree stumps and digging a deep trench for a mains cable.
I suffer from arthritis in the upper spine, so I was reluctant to use powered tools due to vibration; additionally a pick axe and spade seemed like a whole lot of work and also not great due to the shock of impact through my arms. So, I paid my buck and got a Slammer.
I cannot recommend the Slammer highly enough. Using it is like a pleasant work-out whilst at the same time being incredibly efficient and accurate with the action you are trying to perform. The design means you can choose whether to put your weight behind the strike, or allow the metal rod to do most of the work for you. It’s great for people who hate having their bones shaken! The advantage of having the blade positioned precisely where you want the tool to strike is also a huge bonus, you don’t waste hits and if you’re digging a trench you can be exceptionally accurate. It’s built well, as well. Robust and properly welded – a tool for life. 11/11.

I bought my Slammer after seeing but not getting to use a mates down in Wanaka (thanks Toby GJ). I had a bunch of post holes to dig and thought it might do a better job than my assortment of other tools that sort of did the job. I now know that not only is my Slammer awesome for putting post holes in hard or any other sort of ground, but it's got hundreds of other uses. As a general handyman, my Slammer is one of the few tools that goes to almost every job with me. I've even lent it out to a few other tradies at various job, and they've loved it too. If you are umming and arhhing about getting one, do it, you won't regret it.

We use the slammer for fencing and clearing undergrowth on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway., most of our volunteers say that the slammer has made their work easier. It's amazing how often people come and ask to borrow it.

(Translated) I used the slammer tool to remove old concrete foundations. There is no other tool like it for such tasks, especially when working in places that make machines difficult to use. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
