I am writing to thank Tree & Garden for the small job they did for us a few weeks ago. We had taken out some large aloe vera plants next to our house. The roots were still in the ground and impossible for me to dig out. I phoned Riki and he came out the very next day with his digger and you left the area very clean and tidy. Riki was very clear about what the job would entail, how we would go about it, how long it would take and the expected cost. Riki brought his digger with him to do the job and was happy for me to stand by and watch how he went about it. It was obvious to me that Riki knew what you he was doing and was very experienced and precise in his operation of the digger. I am extremely satisfied with the work Tree & Garden did and how it has turned out. Riki turned what would have been a very difficult job for me into a very easy job. I am also satisfied with the cost, which was fair and reasonable. I especially liked and appreciated your friendliness, honesty and attention to detail. I highly reccommend Riki and Tree & Garden. I had struggled to trim a high tree in my garden. I googled and contacted Tree & Garden, and Riki came. His quote price was reasonable and he said the work would be done in a day. I doubted it because the previous other service I used couldn't completed the task in 2 days and I wasted a month. However, next week, Riki came and completed the task within half a day! The trimming result was also satisfactory as I ordered and he also took away trimmed branches thoroughly. Highly recommended as a professional tree cutting service in Gisborne.

I am a Pensioner living alone. I contacted Riki of Tree & Garden requiring some specific tree trimming on a Thursday. He had the job done the following Tuesday. I was delighted with his response. I have had work done in the past and so have experienced other operators and can compare.
