Absolutely awesome service, spotted a really horrible stain on the couch cushion and when I lifted it up to check, discovered an even more horrific one on the bottom side. Someone has tried to hide a spill! Mark came the same day and I cannot believe the difference - it is literally like a brand new couch again :-) Got the carpets done at the same time, and they also look fabulous!! Highly recommend. (And might I just add, my cat hates pretty much everyone, and even SHE liked Mark!!)

I would give more stars if I could! Matt was absolutely awesome. We called to get our carpets cleaned before we moved in and it was really short notice as we didn't realise how bad the carpets were until moving day. In reality, the carpets needed to be replaced as they were not healthy, but since we are students and it's a rental we didn't have much of a choice except for cleaning it. These guys were booked until after Christmas but Matt came a few days after our call and did an absolutely fantastic job... we were so blown away. They were visibly cleaner and healthier, we could walk around the place without shoes on and not get dirty feet! Matt was super friendly and so helpful, he talked us through all the steps of cleaning and explained everything and he seemed like he genuinely cared about our situation. He puts in 150% into the job. Will absolutely be recommending these guys to everyone. Over all this company is very professional and we are absolutely stoked with how the carpets turned out. Really happy!!!

Had my carpet cleaned by Simon from AA Carpet cleaning, I am very happy with results. Carpet was left very dirty with stain, dirt, spilled drinks, vegemite like substance, lipstick all over the house, and I was considering getting it replaced it was so soiled. Came across AA carpet on google and rang them, i was explained the entire process over the phone and told that it will be cleaned professionally. Never had any work done before by them so just wanted to take chance. Simon came right on time, explained me the process showed the machine they got, measured up the rooms, and told about the stains and what to expect after the clean. When i returned I was surprised to see the carpet, it is phenomenal. I was going to get it replaced and got $2500 quote on it and then the job that was done by Simon and AA Cleaning has saved my carpet and whole lot of $. I recommend them to all, they are very professional, will tell you what to expect from clean and deliver results more then what they promise. Have added some before and after pictures, but they are not the worst ones, that were cleaned by Simon. Some stains were real bad and the carpet came out absolutely clean. I called AA carpet cleaning because I had an ant problem. I had previously used them to clean my carpets and I was really impressed with the service and how clean my carpets was. I remembered that they also specialized in pest control. I had tried some shop bought ant treatment but it was not making a difference. Matt came and sprayed the carpet and outside the house, he also used some gel bait. Within two hours of treatment there was not one ant to be seen! I was extremely grateful and happy with the service that I received and would highly recommend AA Carpet cleaning for both carpet cleaning and pest control. Highly professional company that I would have no hesitation in recommending. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who listened to what I needed and who happily answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very grateful that Matt the manager was able to help with my request as all of his staff were booked out. Matt was punctual and very friendly. He was very respectful when moving my furniture. I am extremely happy with the results and how clean my carpets now look. Having used previous companies before I can definitely notice a huge difference and will be sticking with AA carpet cleaning from now on. Thank you so much.

We had our carpet cleaned after having had our dog have a couple of accidents on the carpet. Simon was our cleaner and he had an great friendly manner and was very professional. I am moving out and needed my carpet cleaned. My landlord recommended AA Carpet Cleaning so I called them to assist with carpet cleaning. Matt was easy to communicate with to arrange a time and explained each option available to me as well as the difference in price and service. Simon was punctual, professional and super friendly with the process. He explained the fast dry carpet cleaning process what I needed to do after the job was done and why. Needed my carpet cleaned ASAP. Called AA cleaning and was informed they were pretty booked however managed to schedule cleaning my flat's carpet on the same day! Simon was great at communicating, friendly and was pretty knowledgeable. Managed to remove quite a number of stains on the carpets (paint, rust and softdrinks). First time dealing with AA Carpet's service but would definitely ring them up again next time I need carpets cleaned.

Simon was professional and knowledgeable to deal with. He called to let me know he was running late by 20 mintes to start the job. The carpets were in well over due for a clean. They were a challenge but came up looking very good. The initial booking was haphazard though. It sounded hectic in the office and that they were too understaffed to take all the calls. My call was returned eventually with the receptionist sounding gruff. She was terse and impatient when I asked pertinent and necessary questions about the service. A more friendly, approachable and informative manner would have been appreciated. Perhaps more staff are needed to "man" the phones if they are so busy.... As the carpets came up looking so good, I would recommend overall. Thanks, Simon.

Matt came by today to clean our very dirty carpets and did a phenomenal job. Got some pretty gnarly stains out too! He was efficient without rushing, friendly and informative. I would recommend AA Carpet Cleaning Services to ANY of my friends and clients . I have used their services whenever I have had issues with stains at my home,and when I was putting property I own on the market, The one time the stain was not removed first appointment ,(this can happen with certain substances) Simon came back and made sure the stain was removed completely ,even following up with a third visit to check that everything was cleaned to the standard I require. From the assistance they give from your first phone call ,to the excellent service at the appointments, I could not fault them at all. With my property companies and my homes over the years ,sadly I have had other companies that promised they would remove the stains, or clean the carpets ,and the work was incredibly disappointing. Carpets are expensive and are a major feature when your properties are on the market, and AA Carpet Cleaning are not only very economical price wise, but are the best in the carpet business that I have been lucky to have hired. Simon came in and did a fantastic job for us. With a newborn on the way and wanted the house in top nick. He answered all our questions promptly regarding cleaning process and agents used. Equipment used was top of the line - this is not a rug doctor job you might get from some other companies. Simon even helped us with some of the heavier items of furniture that we had trouble moving on our own. I could tell that the company was quite fully booked but commication was excellent and most importantly they did a thorough job without cutting corners.

We had a bad experience with a pest control company where they sprayed the incorrect product all over our furniture (couches,bedding etc) for 3 months we had a severe itchy and couldn’t understand why thinking we still had fleas... phoned Matt the day after Boxing Day as I was at my wits end and he gave me great advice and said he could be there next day as I have a baby and he knew the urgency. When he walked around the house he knew straight away it was a reaction to the product the previous company used and made suggestions to benefit my family. We had just moved into our new house and got a puppy in the same month, what we weren’t prepared for was the toilet training that followed. We decided to contact AA Carpet Cleaning Auckland to get them in so our carpets returned to the lovely fluffiness we had when we first moved in. The service from the get-go was amazing, with lovely friendly staff on the phone who arranged a time that was convenient to us and they promptly answered all our questions about the cleaning process. The technician arrived on the day and explained the process he was going to do and ways to get the best results from the clean. He was friendly, well informed and extremely professional. I showed him which rooms I wanted being done and he added in extra areas at no additional cost because he knew they would have the best results – I'm very glad he did that because they look amazing. He also added in a pre-clean and was happy to do a rug that hadn’t looked this great since before I was born!

Contacted AA Carpet Cleaning for an upholstery quote. My lounge suite has sentimental value as it was my grandparents’. The fabric is patterned and textured which makes it tricky to clean. Matt the manager gave me a wealth of information and several cleaning options before I booked them. Dave did a brilliant job, not only removing stains I didn’t realise were there but also brightening up the dull fabric. My lounge suite looks cream again instead of grey and smells amazing. Dave also gave me some cleaning tips to deal with spot staining when it happens. Thanks for a brilliant job!

I can't recommend AACarpet Cleaning enough. I had been living in a flat for 7 years, and the carpet had stains from a variety of sources- ingrained dirt from the feet of pets, a laundry liquid spillage, tea & coffee stains, and worst of all- a large pink stain from where an ex- flatmate had spilled fizzy drink. I thought that there was no way that the stains would come out and that I would lose my bond for sure. I am so glad I called AA Carpet Cleaning rather than just a regular steam cleaner!
