Came the next day and quickly solved the problem with my dishwasher (although I did give them a pretty good idea of the fault when I phoned - which turned out to be correct!). Would use them again for sure.

George came quickly and had the stove element replaced quickly, adapting a new element to fit older cook-top. Very pleasant to deal with and very reasonable cost.

Appliance Man were quick to respond and repair our washing machine in a cost effective way. They provided a better solution than replacing a whole big expensive unit in the machine. Their pricing provides good value for money and I'd definitely use them again next time. .EDIT: ... and I did use them again, a year later. Same experience - great service, very professional, great communication and price is reasonable - I'll certainly keep using them.

Highly recommend Matt for washing machine/dryer repairs. Excellent communication and customer service. An absolute pleasure of a man to deal with. He was fully booked until the end of June but found time to squeeze a little job in for us to repair a dryer. Before coming out he gave me a list of things to check for to try save a bit of money . I have never ever received such fantastic service before. He went over and above the call of duty. Dishwasher needed repairing, Matt looked into it based on model Number and a photo and worked out part sadly no longer available, so need a new machine. Saved me a call out fee, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will use in future for any appliance repairs I have. Thanks, David

Excellent service, very reasonable pricing and great at getting in touch. Would definitely recommend him, he told me how long the repair should last and if it was worth repairing the washing machine further so I wasn't wasting my money.

I thoroughly recommend Matt if you want a fast professional good priced repair.Matt identified the two faults when I dropped the machine off, told me the fix and had it repaired in a couple of hours. He tossed in some new control knobs and feet for free, cleaned it and showed me it working properly. Awesome service!

I'm glad I read the reviews and choose him. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excellent prompt service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs an appliance repaired.

Matt got me to send a photo of the dishwasher so he could be sure to have the right parts when he came. He explained that the brand name of the manufacturer had been bought and their replacement parts tended not to last. So he supplied higher quality parts. While the part was more expensive, his call out and labour charges were significantly less than other appliance people. $55 call out plus $20 to do the job, NOT just for the first ten minutes! The service man who came, Andy, was friendly and helpful. I felt like he was really wanting to look after his customers.

Matt is a legend! On the first call I described what was wrong with our washing machine. He shared what he believed was wrong with it and that he was so busy he wouldn't have time to get to it until next week. However he said if I was technically capable enough he described how I could have a go at fixing it myself, which worked! So even though Matt expressed how busy he was he gave up some of his time and expertise to help at no charge, what a legend! Encountering people like you Matt is inspiring and reinforces that there are great people out there in our communities. Hugely appreciate your help Matt and will endeavour to use you whenever possible. Thank you!

Now, where do i begin. Our washing machine died. Found Matt online. Txt him with problem, instant reply, he said he would be at my house at 9.30am following morning. Actually here 9.25am. Such a lovely personable man, and what a gentleman. Explained faults, gave price, took machine away. Next day a phone call to bring appliance back. Matt was a pleasure to deal with. He had to come round the second time due to miscommunication but was kind enough to show up again and diagnose the problem with our fridge . A true gentleman to deal with . Fast , helpful and honest . I've never come across an applianceman or technician who genuinely feels for someone's family when an appliance is broken down . I would not use any one else to fix my washing machine. He arrived on time, he was very informative, had the part the machine needed in his van. Really quick to work out the problem, and his price was very reasonable.

Excellent man, and what I appreciate the most is the honesty. My fridge wasn't working well, and I didn't know that it just needed a defrost, but the man helped me over the phone. This is while a greedy person could just rip me off. I definitely recommend them.
