G.Best place! Diy, no need for change and easy to use. Enter and put your washing or drying into a machine, remember the number and go to the screen at the front. There you can choose how long to dry (haven't tried the washing yet) and pay via card. User friendly and very clean facilities! Will definitely recommend!
D.Best laundromat in NZ. Clean, efficient, well equipped. Note to owner: This is not your fault, but PLEASE contact your landlord and ask for rubbish bins outside to be reinstated. They were recently removed and people are dumping trash (including rotten meat I found this morning 🤧 ) on the footpaths outside your shop. Thanks!

S.The cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. I usually come here to dry my laundry only but the owners definitely take care of the place daily. They're also up to date with the technology so you don't need cash/coins to pay; you can use your eftpos/debit/credit card instead which is a total bonus. Even if the prices are slightly higher than other places, I still highly recommend going here 👌

V.Awesome tidy pay by credit card only laundromat
K.First time here, it's Friday 6.29pm and plenty of machines. Easy parking. Clean facility. Love that you don't need to get cash or coins for machine. Just use the self service machine to control your machine. If you're stuck there is a worker on hand. Drying my clothes for 40mins will see how it turns out (spin/wash from home).
G.Don't use washer number 1 as it's just next to the black rubbish bin. One of their workers, cleaned the dust pan full of dirt and dust where one of my laundry baskets full of clean just washed clothes sitting. The dirt and dust flying everywhere next to my washing. She didn't even care about anything. What's the point of having washing done and the worker there just ruined it. She's young and inconsiderate. I like the older woman who used to be there all the times before Covid-19, also a nice young man he used to be there too at the counter. Now, this young inconsiderate one always there.
B.Clean and easy way for payments, need more waiting area space
A.An exceptionaly good laundromat in massey. No need to take coins with you as all Machines are eftpos enabled. Location and Machines are pretty clean. I think it stays open till 9pm.

D.Best & cleanest laundromat around at present. Pay a little more but it's worth it for your clothes. Self-serve eftpos great system, however only one, so have to wait in line if busy.
S.I come here often and would give it 5 stars however the last 2 times my laundry has not dried in the same amount of time I usually set it for, the load size hasn't changed and the last load was half the size than usual so should have dried well but still left with damp towels. I'm hoping this is just 2 out of the norm and that the settings of the driers haven't been adjusted to increase a clients drying time.
A.I haven't been to laundromat in ages so i was pleasantly surprised with how easy to use the machines were, it has contactless card payment kiosk easy to follow instructions and most importantly its very clean.
R.This is the first time I've been to a laundromat to get my duvet washed. The staff is helpful, and washing and drying mashines are clean. Very good experience.

A new, large and very clean laundromat in an odd location on the city's edge. Excellent service and best value for money in any Auckland laundromat I've visited (dozens of 'em). Kamsamhamnida!
