We moved into our new rental five months ago, everything hunky-dory, when we had that deluge of rain hit us at the end of August and our entire downstairs flooded. Jae were sent out immediately by the insurance company, and we have had nothing but absolutely positive experiences with the entire Jae team whilst this has been worked through. As tenants, we were kept in the loop by the guys and by Lea, who sent me the daily text messages with updates on bookings. The guys were all very friendly, and they all made sure I knew exactly what work was occurring and what would happen for future bookings. I think I met most of the team with this job, as it turned out to be quite a large exercise, but I really wanted to say thank you to Dan, Michael, Jason, Ben, Gareth, and, well, everyone, for being so kind to me whilst we dealt with this stressful event, especially as we later had another extremely stressful event to contend with. I would very happily recommend them to anyone who asked. Happy Friday, guys, and see you some time in the future! Services performed included: - Clearing out the rooms - Lifting carpets - Setting up industrial dehumidifiers - Checks (usually daily) on machines and drying process, moving of machines around the house as was needed - Carpet re-lay (including laying of new carpet tacks (?) and wood (I am not familiar with the terms, sorry!), as previous ones had rotted) - Vacuuming - Carpet cleaning - Returning items to original places after work was completed

Dan Mitchell and Jason Redfearn from Jaes North Shore cleaned all the carpets throughout my split level home. They were on time, very friendly, helpful, careful, considerate and did a fantastic job!. I would highly recommend them as professionals and will definitely use their services again.

Our daughter was sick and unfortunately the carpet bore her illness. A call to JAE was handled by Rachel who juggled jobs to come to the rescue! Their technician Dan arrived on time neatly dressed in staff uniform. His mannerism and friendly approach left a very good impression. Dan is an excellent example of how customer service should prevail in all service industries and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and JAE to those seeking a professional service in all facets. This is an excellent company of whom we could not reccomend more. They were professional, communicative and completed the work extremely well. They were also wonderful with aftercare checking, communication through the job and took time to explain, help and support through the work. We will ALWAYS be using Jae and reccomend to all family. The people at Jae (North Shore) kept me informed about when the person was coming to clean my new, stained ottoman. When Michael arrived he was friendly, professional and efficient and got the stain out. We were very pleased with every part of the service and will definitely use this company again in the future.

Dan and crew helped us out after our rooms got flooded. After lengthy insurance claims Dan came back and completed the job by relaying the carpet and cleaning it. It looks as good as new and we could not be more pleased. Thanks guys

Our house was flooded in August, 2021, while in lockdown. And if not JAE team, we would have the most miserable and traumatic experience dealing with the flood and remediating the damage. Jae North Shore Team provided the world-class service, the best we ever experienced in New Zealand so far. Jae is prompt, SUPER efficient, incredibly friendly, supportive and 100% professional. Communication was excellent. The operator (Ben) arrived on time. Ben was a very conscientious and professional person who was meticulous with the attention to detail with my carpet. My carpet was like new and it smelt beautiful. Highly recommend JAE's for their professionalism.

A prompt and efficient service. A small patch repair done which is exceedingly hard to notice, and the carpet cleaning has made a big difference to the property. Cam and Dan were both super friendly and a pleasure to have onsite.

Jason & Dan came round today to do a steam clean on our flooded carpet . I just wanted to say how awesome they were. They helped me move a bunch of stuff (which wasnt their job). were persoanble and knowledgable. Great guys and they did a great job,

Dan from Jae Services cleaned my carpet after a crazy night and the carpet has never looked cleaner. The carpet looks better than how it did before the party even happened! Early this past tuesday, we woke up to a flooded kitchen. I had seen the Jae office on the north shore in auckland as I drive past each week. After a quick google search, and phone call, an extremely friendly (not upset at being woken up at 635am) gentleman answered the phone and said he would get someone out as soon as he could. By 7.50am, a well trained, and highly experienced Jae technician arrived, and installed 2 machines. Now I had had to leave my son waiting for them, as I work far from home.. by roughly 8.30 - 9am I had a phone call from the technicial. He explained what machines he had left at my house. He told me they would return the next day to check etc. I am so impressed. I do not believe I have ever had such excellent service. Well done Jae North Shore! And a huge huge thank you. Due to your coming to our rescue so quicky, we may have minimised the damage too.
