Other companies are aggressive about upgrading their services so that you can just pay more. They cleans impeccably and charges good rates. No gimmicks or tricks like other companies.

I had my couch cleaned by this company about a month ago. When I first scheduled the appointment, Rose was so kind over the phone and was able to get us in right away. We just moved into a new place and our couch was disgusting from our dogs and from having sat in storage the last year. I had originally scheduled with another company but they ended up no-showing/no-calling me, and when I called them they gave me some excuse about upgrading their van LOL. To be honest, I'm glad they did because they were very nice and professional. The day of my appointment, Anthony called me a couple hours early notifying me that he completed his first appointment earlier than anticipated and that he could come to our house next if I was available. You don't know how much I appreciate that! So of course I said yes! When he arrived, he got started right away and before I knew it, he made my couch like new again!

Was so happy to have these guys arrive after a washing machine flood had seeped all through my carpet and the damp started making its way up the walls. One turbo dryer and an industrial dehumidifier later and I am confident there is no moisture left in the entire house! Great job.

These guys successfully dealt with our carpet flooding problem quickly and efficiently, communicated well throughout the whole lengthy ( 5 day) process and handled a relatively minor equipment failure without fuss and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who has a carpet flood.
