N.The owners are really great - no matter how big the laundry is they get it done the next day.
K.Staff are sometimes friendly but sometimes not understanding at all. I'm juggling taking care of my son, working and getting the laundry done. Occasionally I'm not able to pick the laundry up as quickly as I'd like to and it's not met graciously. I now feel uncomfortable returning and will take my business elsewhere.
d.Owners are really nice. There prices are pretty good. I bring my mum and dads washing down there . So nice to have it all clean and folded waiting for me.
F.I just tried the Laundry Spot in Bute Road earlier because I read many positive reviews about this laundry shop and I experience the same thing. It has an excellent customer service and the owner is a very nice guy. From the moment I entered the shop he was accomodating and will teach you the process on how to use the machine and pay, they have a card that you can use to operate the machine it cost just $3 and you can top it up. He gave me a 2 mins. free for the service that I chose (drying).Reasonable price, will definetly come back again.
J.Why had I not thought to use The Laundry Spot before now?
After years of struggling with washing and drying duvets (covers and inners) and all the other bedding... a quick drop off - a walk along the beach and a glass of wine with a friend - and the fabulous Yan had all my bedding washed, dried and folded by the time I returned!
The amazing thing is that everything looks brand new!!!

A.Wow! ... in one word 'OUTSTANDING' ! The service I recieved today at The Laundry Spot in Browns Bay was totally outstanding. The lady was beyond helpful. The thought of doing 5 beds worth of sheets, duvet covers, mattress liners and pillows was unbearable ... and for just $27 I dropped it off and came back to beautifully folded, clean, fresh laundry! It actually brought a tear to my eye... because I would've spent the best part of 2 weekends trying to get through it all. Thank you Laundry Spot!! :)
D.Nice looking place, parking provided for customers. Serving person does not leave your side at all, watches you put your clothes in. Washing was fine. I usually split my drying amongst two machines to minimise time and maximise drying. She was very upset and tried to convince me it would be impossible to dry clothes this way. I insisted that I know it’s possible as I dry my laundry all the time. She wanted to choose the heat setting herself and I said hot but I think she put it on medium. Hard to tell as her hovering makes you uncomfortable and I moved away. The runtime seemed much shorter than the explained 8 minutes of drying, and both lots were still very wet when done. I do this weekly for months and it has never needed a second round of drying in any other laundry, so I don’t know if it’s a planned scam to make you pay for more. Won’t use again.
A.The best laundromat on the shore! Clean, modern facilities and the added bonus of designated car parks. The owners are a delight to deal with and the service is exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
