John was able to come a bit earlier than originally booked. He was courteous, consultative and professional, and dealt with some very tricky carpet stains successfully. The upholstery that was cleaned looked amazing as did the carpet throughout. I would thoroughly recommend John to anyone and his price point is definite value for money.

I am delighted with the effectiveness of John’s cleaning. My suite who consists of 2 x 3-seat sofas and 2 x recliner chairs was in bad need of cleaning . Between grandchildren and dogs it has suffered and hasn’t been professionally cleaned for some years. John worked his magic and we are absolutely delighted with the result. I recently brought an existing home, that was in a pretty bad state. I knew I wanted to get the carpets professionally cleaned after I had painted the interior and before I moved in. CleanRite popped up on my search for a carpet cleaner, and as I knew I wanted to support a small local business. I decided to message. I got prompt replies straight away, I explained what I was after, how big the house was and then a price was set in place. Easy as. On the day of carpet cleaning, John arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and set to work. I had a pretty bad stain on one of the carpets, orange Fanta (we think) and he managed to work his magic with numerous potions and got it out. All while being an absolute joy to have a chat with. Kia Ora, I saw Clean rite advertisement on Buy sell/Face book, I was instantly impressed with the method that Clean rite uses to remove carpet stains. My stain was very bad (pet urine) and I was advised the only way to replace it was with new carpet ( very expensive) John was very professional and exhausted every way of removing this stain and it come up very good. I am extremely happy with the Quality of work, Value for money, Johns professionalism, response time to come and evaluate my carpet stain. I sat with John while he worked on my carpet and explained every step of the process and also great advice on my carpet care for my new home. John was punctual as time is very important to Us. Awesome service! John was on time and gave us lots of advice and tips whilst cleaning our carpet and sanitising our upholstery. Great price too for what you get. Definitely would recommend to others and will be using his services again in the future.

I saw all his outstanding reviews so I used John for a small job in our studio at home rather than my normal outfit I use and was so impressed by his work and communication I had him quote to do my carpets in our restaurant. His costing was at a fantastic price compared to what we normally paid (under half) and believe me when I say it he got them far more cleaner than I've ever seen them done in the past. John, came over the weekend which was great, worked around us, cleaned the carpet in every room really well and removed a large stain. Our house is large and not super easy access but he did an excellent and job and I would gladly recommend him. Thanks

John cleaned the carpets in our entire house this morning and I can honestly say it is the best job I have ever had done. Not only do the carpets look amazing, he gave me tips for spills, deodorised it when finished and even mopped my wooden floors. Highly recommend both John’s work and competitive price.

John has just finished cleaning our hallway after we undertook some very dirty renovations. He has done an amazing job and it looks brand new! He even got off the paint and gib board glue that was well stuck into the carpet. He was fast efficient and very friendly also helpful with information on cleaning for the future. Initial contact/inquiry was responded to immediately. John rang to ask if he could come earlier than booked which suited me. Friendly, efficient, clean operator offering good advice. Carpets weren't stained or dirty, just needed a freshen up and pile lifting in heavy tracked areas. All looking good and very competitive pricing. No nasty chemicals used. Highly recommend.

John is not only a great efficient and thorough cleaner but a man with a heart and soul. He is passionate about his job and exceeds expectations. I gave very short notice and he was able to help. Super friendly and even stopped to give me tips on how to best maintain the house. Very good price as you certainly get the best from general cleans to windows, oven, bathroom, Kitchen, and carpet cleans he could do it all, and all very well. He even added bags for the bins for us! We were exceptionally delighted and would highly recommend his services.

My big neapolitan mastiff had a big accident (the trotts, really bad!) on my light colored carpet, last night,as you could imagine, big dog big mess! I dry reached cleaning up what I could this morning. I went to work thinking about how I was going to get out the awful stain and smell, rug doctor, scrubbing by hand, thankfully I took the time to search for carpet cleaners, I found cleanright, thankfully. I definitely wanted it cleaned today, John was busy, and couldn't make it till the next day, but he called back and made time at the end of the day and did an awesome job! The stain is completely removed and the smell too! I was very worried about it being permanent! But again thankfully my big pooches upset tummy has left no trace, and he is good and well now. Very thankful all round! Worth every Cent and some! You will be pleased as I am, even though I would rather not have had the experience of such a mess.

The service is amazing! Thank you Clean Rite to solve a huge problem for me! The coffee stain on the carpet has troubled me for two weeks, now it has no trace. Their chemicals are magical, if you have some stains that are really hard to clean, I strongly recommend Clean Rite!

John did a very good job on our carpets. Last night we went out for dinner and one of our dogs chewed up some left over Indian curries that had been left on the kitchen counter. Resulted in bright orange and red stains all through our house, one stain very large in particular. We were quite worried that they would end up being permanent. We called CleanRite and said that we had a bit of an emergency, they came the day we called almost immediately and cleaned the carpet well. He vacuumed for us, used a steamer and removed all our stains. As well as gave some advice in regards to what kind of vacuum cleaner is ideal to us. We have two dogs, so naturally our carpet gets very dirty. He has done a good job to clean it and make the home smell nice.
