I wish I took a before picture! I had a duvet sitting in storage for a couple of years. Took it out and went on a hunt to search for a dry cleaners. Came across a super easy app with all the pricing. Easy to pay. Very professional pick up. Quick clean and delivered to my door in a couple of days. I am surprised at how well they managed to clean this so it's able to be used again! I was going to throw it away!! Such an amazing job! Will be using this service for future cleaning. Thanks so much!!

I can't say enough good things about the Tailor Leanne at the Ferrymead store...by far the best Tailor I have ever used. Intuitive and really listens to what you want. Been using her for years at a Fendalton location but worth the drive across town to her new location.

I love the way you can just log into Eastern Dry cleaners easy pay online system, their team arrive to collect either your dry cleaning or alterations. very prompt service, amazing team, Gina was the icing on the cake today helping me with my alterations on my uniform. excellent service , Well done . Excellent timely and efficient contactless pickup/dropoff service under level 3 covid restrictions. Also, excellent job on the dry-cleaning work itself. Great service reasonable pricing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Very professional and friendly, wait time could be reduced however goods were ready at the time specified. JOB: Sent in my sleeping bag as it had done some hard yards, came back in good nick and very much cleaner. PRICING: Would say on the high end of average, however are getting what you pay for. FINAL VERDICT: One of the better dry-cleaning operations in Christchurch, would go back.
