I caused a considerable accident on our light coloured carpet and called Sun Carpet Cleaning. The guy was very efficient, arrived on time and did an incredible job successfully removing the stains. Sun Carpet Cleaning was amazing from the time I called to when they cleaned my carpets. They are so friendly and you can tell they really care. I called a for a initial price which was very reasonable. I called a couple weeks later and they had kept all my information. I didn't have to re-give anything. They gentlemen that came out to my house was very nice and was honest with the stains I had. He was super nice and fast at his job. He also gave me tips to keep my new house carpets clean. I had to prepare a large old house for sale and I called Sun Carpet Cleaning recently. Steven was able to clean the carpet for me on a Saturday, the day before the open home was scheduled. I was VERY impressed with the result! It's one of the best investments I made-- he only charged a very modest fee, but the cleaning certainly improved the appearance of the carpet significantly! For years now, Stephen has cleaned the carpets in our home and left them spotless. We wouldn't dream of asking anyone else! He is courteous, friendly, punctual and through. Never leaves a mess and our carpets are clean and dry by the end of the afternoon. He goes the "extra mile" for us and his rates are very reasonable. I see three or four negative reviews here on Google,. Strange! Were they left by trolls? You can take it from me that Stephen and Sun Carpets is the complete opposite of those bad reviews.

I am so sick and tired of these internet trolls around these days that's why I've come to write my own review to do this humble family business some justice. Steve has helped me out on numerous occasions over the past 4 years and each time, he has been nothing short of reliable. I remember distinctly one time I called him in the last minute because I was moving out the next day and our dog decided to do a poopy at the most inconvenient time. Nevertheless, Steve reshuffled his schedule to save this poor soul from the landlord and charged a very reasonable price for his services. Overall from my 5+ experiences with using SCC, they have always been punctual, reliable, and perform a very solid job without charging ridiculous premiums on the frilly whatnots. Best value for money in town.
