E.Clean and comfortable. Will happily stay there again. We only had one issue: owner was very loud early in the morning so we had to get up whatever we liked or not.

c.Nice and clean. The area we were in had no outside light on so coming up at night was difficult to see. Balcony was shared, again with no light so not able to use at night. We had a studio unit and it really was a studio , no table and chairs. Bathroom rather small. However only for the night so did us. Close to city .
T.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Karen was particularly lovely to deal with, very welcoming and kind. We stayed for a weekend and despite our booking we were upgraded (at no cost) which was greatly appreciated. Excellent location. Our 1 bedroom unit was perfect. Very spacious, comfortable beds and adequately furnished. Would highly recommend. Thanks Karen!

M.I highly recommend staying here. It's a lovely place to stay with great rooms which are comfortable, cosy and well equipped. The beds are super comfy too. Judy was our host for the weekend and she is lovely, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you Judy!

Suggestion: formalise parking to avoid random and ad-hoc parking with vehicles outside your apartment.
P.Very clean and tidy room. Hosts freindly and helpful with good recommendations for dinner! Some noise from bathroom of unit next door - not a problem as we were getting up around same time. Good heat pump in room and all freeview channels plus sky sports and movies on tv.
D.Receptionist was lovely room itself was nice and simple. Could do with some little things around to make it better e.g ample lighting in car park area esp at the bk for upstairs rooms. Hall ways for upstairs rooms is a bit creepy to be honest - esp when dark. Non slip mats would be helpful on the tile floors. A clock in the room would be good so that u dont have to plug in beside alarm clock and configure the time. Although there was a bin in the kitchen, I feel a bathroom bin would be good too. I appreciated the modest room the bed was very comfy and room in all was well presented. If it was a down stairs room I think I'd have felt safe as a female staying on her own.

G.Great motel in Gisbourne opposite the small harbour with very helpful staff. Because we had a slight problem with the Internet we were immediately offered a one bedroomed unit which we accepted. The rooms are large and all have air conditioning which is a must during the hot summer months. The kitchen area has all of the utensils you require to enable you to do limited cooking for yourselves. There is a small dining table with two chairs where you can enjoy breakfast. The rooms are clean and well maintained and if course cleaned daily with fresh towels. On top that there is a laundry room with washer and dryer but the best part, its free. The location is absolutely fantastic meaning you can almost walk to anywhere in town. If we were to return to Gisbourne we would definitely book the Pacific Harbour Motel again.

K.Its ok a bit tired decor wise..had an upgrade due to off season low occupancy...was worried about what the previous room had been like...as it was shabby...very unpleasant cooking smells in the reception area on arrival too...but very nice owners
