This is the second time I have used Alan to dry my carpets, I was flooded out in the recent floods, Alan still managed to get a dryer to me on the first day, even though he was flat out , excellent service! I totally recommend Alan , he was extremely helpful, caring, he explained the situation, he dried my carpets perfectly after a awful flood, I would recommend Alan's carpet services
