P.JAE Waihi recently cleaned our carpet after coffee was spilled on it. They successfully removed the colour stain from the carpet - much to our surprise and delight. They were great to communicate with and provided prompt, friendly and professional service in the middle of the summer holiday period. We highly recommend them for this type of service. S.Chris has been amazing, We have flooded a few times and he is always here with 20 min to get things sorted. Chris gives us his advice and puts that advice into action and the end result being exactly what's needed. Chris is professional and not only worries about his job but makes sure his customers understand what he is doing and for the healthy and safely of everyone involved. Pest control in summer is another service we use which means no pests and flies over the time when we want the windows open
C.I flooded our house (oops!) . After a call to our insurance Jae's were on the phone to me in no time and Chris turned up not long after that! I was totally blown away with the speedy response and professionalism. Chris laid out a time frame for drying out the carpet and kept reassuring me that everything would be fine.
Nearly 3 hours later he was gone and we were left with the suckers, blowers and air scrubbers. He kept in regular contact and has been an absolute LEGEND! All the way through this nightmare he has explained exactly what will hapen next and assured us he is just a phone call away. Cannot recommend Jae's highly enough

S.Fantastic job done by Jae. A full cup of coffee was accidentally knocked onto carpet. We tried numerous ways of getting it out but probably only succeeded in making the stain bigger. Jae worked their magic and the result is great.
