L.Did't get to use the washing machine as the machine, didn't spit out the tokens to put in washing machine - which was frustrating. Once I found a 0800 number n the lady explained the possible cause and refunded the money I put in the machine, I was pleased about that. Hence the 3 star rating. Thank you for the reimbursement 😊
