Reviews of Marlborough District Library
L.Very good location with a car parking for the library building on the corner of Seymour Street and Arthur Street in Blenheim. Wheelchair people are welcome as well, the lift and toilet is available. The staff are very friendly with a knowledge about everything.
A.There was someone waiting to help the moment I walked in the door. They asked if I did my covid sign in, which I confirmed, and this is important because no one else has asked me yet. The library is clean and seems user friendly. It's really good to see people not afraid to question whether their visitors have done their covid sign in.
M.I love libraries! I particularly like the one we have in Blenheim. Great staff, good facilities, best place to be placed in town. Thank you! 😁
S.Fabulous library. Exceptional staff particularly in the children's section. There is lots going on with holiday reading programs, story time and craft activities. You can also borrow jigsaws. In the adult section there is normally a jigsaw for people to add to. Computers and wifi available. You can also eat and drink here. A great place to while away an hour or so.
B.Good choice of books. Children library upstairs. Different community programmes offered free: like music for kids and computing for adults.
S.Well laid out. Incredibly helpful staff. A pleasure to visit with loads of options and services available for customers. Worthy of a 6th star.

J.I love this library. Great location as well. Can park across the street and shop in the same trip. So sorry Council is going to move it... and put it on the second floor.
