Active library in the middle of CBD Friendly staffs Well organized

This is such a great local library! They even have really niche books that just came out this year, which I was pleasantly surprised by when I was searching for a specific book. The displays are always great, I usually pick up a good few from them, and I love that the books are all in nice condition too. The app they use is super handy too. Having lived in a few different places, this is the best local library I've been to, and I find myself there every weekend!

Love spending time in this library. Quite extensive collection of books. I like the computers where you can search the books, authors or topics you are interested in. Love those chairs at the nooks. I have seen few interesting things happening here as well - a scuffle, a snoring visitor, an reader enthusiastically waving his hands. I always enjoy being here.

The staff is super awesome and friendly. The ladies at the reception are bubbly and make you feel welcome.

I went to pick up my library card after registering online. The staff were so friendly and helpful! They have great resources.

Need to sort out the paltry time limit on the use of internet computers (30 mins max regardless of how few people are on them). Look around at other libraries that work sensibly in this regard. Typically they allow 60 minutes then automatic offer of time extension if there are computers idle.

It's an ok library for a smaller town. Tauranga needs a bigger library.

Always a fantastic library to visit, especially with the kids.

Nice setting lots of seats and good choices of books for all family members. Not too easy to find books with computers but people here are helpful.

Welcoming, quiet and book-filled library. Wifi is good and the PC is fast & free for 30 minutes.

Large library with a big selection. Computers for use but only for 30mins or so. Staff I encountered were not that friendly tho

countless pages overflow with words... my head is full of the flood, lapping and spilling. people slump at screens, how are they not washed away?
