K.Went in to get photocopies of an entire passport! As I needed colour copies, incredibly helpful member of staff advised that I scan and print it instead (and walked me through the entire process with kindness and patience, even though we had to do it a few times-due to my error). Resulted in it being half of the price too, based on her advice. Really thankful for the help. Great staff, great facilities.
