The lady that served me could not have been more helpful, great service that will bring me back many times!

The staff are always super lovely and helpful when I go in. Prices are usually slightly more expensive than some of the other bottle stores, but I go here anyway because the experience is always 10/10. One of the workers has even helped carry my purchases out to the car before.

The Staff are super helpful, and friendly. When I went there with crutches, they carried my goods to the car. They will share feedback from other customers who like wine with you if you ask, and the store is right sized, has an easy lay out and a choice selection of bear, wine and spirit options. I did not feel as overwhelmed by choice that sometimes the larger outlets can give. They keep the excess stock out the back, instead of on the floor, so you have more space to walk, browse, instead of loosing the variety amongst the bulk.

Staff were fantastic quick to laugh and smile...and the stock was great as I enquired about something obscure and without missing a beat I was directed to back left of chiller.....Ta Da!!!

Really helpful staff, the best I have come across in Taranaki. Even tho I live in Hawera, I will go out of my way to visit this store. And even tho I am not a beer drinker, they have great craft beers, one in particular is a must to try called *RatRod.. It is fabulous. And GET THIS, you can taste before you buy. 😁

What can I say, I needed something to drink which rarely happens, and there they were. 5/5 for being open when the thought crossed my mind. Friendly staff too!
